Boho Family is a blog for parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and caretakers who aren't interested in typical mommy blog content. There are thousands of mommy bloggers who rock that niche, but that's not us.
We are the modern bohemian family. Artists and musicians, filmmakers and writers... Funky, quirky, alternative, liberal, fun, humanist, activist, animal rescuing, open minded, open hearted relations of cool kids.
Our mission is to present great things to do with and for awesome kids and to generally represent the underserved population of families that rock - and the people who love them.
We'll be offering cool family geared book, movie, TV, music and product reviews, info on vacations, festivals, volunteering, art, crafts, hobbies, sports, family traditions you might want to adopt - or toss. We'll discuss nature, shamanism, spirituality, yoga, mediation, mindfulness, bullying and self-defense. Food, clothes, music, websites... and the challenges of not only being a family, but endeavoring to realize your dreams, maintain your commitment to your values and stay true to who you are.
